Ask your coworkers for Business Chat IM Feedback

Share

Have you been put in charge of setting up a business chat IM for your organization? If so, this is a tall task and one that you do not want to mess up. One of the most important things to remember is that you are not the only one using the application. If you do not ask your coworkers for feedback, before and after making a decision, you are missing out on a lot of valuable advice.

Here are three of the most important questions to ask:

1. What do you expect from a business chat IM? If enough workers answer this question you will have the feedback you need to make the best possible decision. While you cannot please everybody, you can definitely choose the program that suits the needs of most people.

2. How have you been taking advantage of the current business chat IM program? Once you are up and running, make sure you ask this question from time to time. This way you get a better idea of what your coworkers like, as well as what you may be able to do in the future to improve the overall user experience.

3. Is there anything you would change? No matter what business chat IM you decide to implement, there is a good chance that some people will not be 100 percent satisfied. Do your best to determine which changes need to be made, and then help find a solution.

If you are the person with the responsibility of choosing and implementing a business chat IM you need to get others involved. Not only do you want to ask the right questions before making a decision, but you need to check in with coworkers after they have begun to use the application.

All feedback is good feedback when it comes to a business chat IM.
