Authenticity and encryption.
Authenticity is one of the buzzwords in just about any business consultant’s manual but when it comes to Brosix it is vitally important. One of the powerful features of Brosix is that when you create a network you can then authenticate all of the users which gives you control over the buddy lists within the network thereby making sure that only approved users are using Instant Messenger. This is a vital security measure for companies who might face corporate espionage as each and every company must make sure that their competitive edge remains in a down economic climate when everyone is looking for an edge. Our networks also offer the industry standard 256 bits of encryption which further makes sure that your companies communications remain secure.
In an age when more and more workers are telecommuting this is an even more important measure. After all most companies now encrypt and secure their email servers so why would you just use regular old AOL IM or a similar service when you are seeking an instant communication option?
I believe that the authentication and encryption options are among the top features that make Brosix attractive to businesses – but what do you think? Sound off in the comments section, email me at nhahn at brosix dot org, or send us messages on one of the many social networks we belong to: Facebook, Identi.ca, MySpace, Squidoo, and Twitter.
