Business Instant Messenger and Networking
They say that it is easier to get a job when you already have one. That is in point, because you have more contact with potential employers. You also have a way to accumulate new accomplishments for your resume.
If you are one of the people who is already out of a job that adage probably does not help you much.
With the help of a good business IM however you can simulate some of that.
An IM can keep you in contact with people who know about jobs. People who may be able to give you an in or recommend you.
A business IM can also help you to build accomplishments. Show that you are a self starter by arranging a specialized group are getting actively involved with an online community related to your profession.
Be creative and you can see the possibilities.
