Common Uses for Brosix Screenshot

One of the greatest features for users who have the Brosix Instant Messaging program is Screenshot. It allows you to use one button to capture a screenshot and then send it to a user on your buddy list. There are several different instances where a screenshot may come in handy:

Customer Service

In the technology or computer sector, it may be helpful to include customers in your Brosix network if they are having issues with their software. Because the customer and employees aren’t in the same place, the customer may have trouble properly explaining their issue. Being able to capture and send a screenshot to a customer service representative may be helpful for troubleshooting.

Internal IT Assistance

This is along the same lines as the customer service example above. However, because all employees are most likely already on the same Brosix network, sending a screenshot to the IT department is easy. This may be helpful for relating error numbers, program anomalies, or problems on a website or program that needs to be fixed by a technician.

Showing Proof of Payment

When purchasing services or items online, capturing a screenshot and then sending it to a supervisor or accounting department can be helpful for recording purchases. This may also cut down on printing, as the person can keep this electronic file instead of printing it out.

Showing Live Activity

Many activities on a computer or online cannot be printed out. This is where the Brosix screenshot feature is most helpful. Some live activities that can be captured with a screenshot include chat conversations that are taking place on a website or another chat program or live video feeds where a still shot would be helpful.
