Any organization that implements a corporate instant messenger has a reason for doing so. What is yours? Why have you decided to start using this tool? If you cannot answer these questions, consider the reasons why thousands of others are using a corporate instant messenger:

This way you are the leader of the pack, and always on the cutting edge of technology.
