IM Client: Brosix vs. The Business Trip

We all know that Brosix can save you money, in theory, but that is not the same as seeing the cold hard cash on the balance sheet.

The Business Trip: Two people sent for 3 days at a distance of 150 miles, prices estimated with business discounts and frugal travel.

Cost of rental cars: $49×3=$147

Cost of gas: $100 (assuming the car gets 30 mpg)

Hotel rooms: 69×2=138×2=$276

The very basic costs of sending two people on a relatively close business trip, one that requires no plane tickets will cost you a grand total of 523 dollars.

Brosix: Free

When you use a system that you already have in place then your costs are zero.  Not to shabby for a corporate instant messaging solution.
