Instant Messaging: How to Introduce this Tool to your Company
Is your company falling behind the times when it comes to office technology? If so, it is safe to say that you are not using an instant messaging tool to communicate with others in your office. While this may not sound like a big deal, you know differently. The fact of the matter is that instant messaging can go a long way in taking your company to the next level in terms of efficiency and time management.
Do you feel that it is your duty to introduce instant messaging to your company? If so, you need to know what you are doing so you can in turn convince your employer to look into this option.
Simply put, you need to put together a basic presentation showing the benefits of using an instant messaging application. This does not have to be anything special; just something that shows the benefits. For some, a power point presentation will do the job. In addition to talking about basic benefits you also want to show what instant messaging can do in terms of efficiency. Remember, this is what your company is really interested in. Sure, they want to know how instant messaging can work from a communication point of view, but if you show them how this can improve their bottom line they are sure to listen.
Finally, present a few options for getting started. For instance, show your company how a particular application, such as Brosix, can be implemented. Once they see how easy it is to get started they are sure to think long and hard about what you are saying.
Why go another day without using an instant messenger in your office? If you are tired of being behind the times you will want to change this soon enough by introducing the benefits of instant messaging to your company.
