Instant Messaging Throughout the Seasons

As the first official day of Autumn (or Fall, as it is now more commonly known) was this past Saturday in the United States, I have taken a step back and started noticing all the changes that come with changing of the seasons. However, there are some things that I use daily or on a regular basis that come with me throughout the seasons. Some of these include:

• Instant Messaging (of course, since this IS an enterprise instant messaging blog)- I love talking to friends and colleagues during the day as a way to stay in touch with them. It is usually always a welcome break!
• Songza, iTunes, and Pandora- music throughout my work day definitely makes everything go a lot easier!
• My gadgets, like my iPhone, laptop, iPad, etc- I never get tired of all the technology I own! They make me feel connected with the world.
• The public library- I constantly have a hold list of around 25-30 books. Since I am such a big reader, I like to make sure I always have something to read. Our library is great about having the latest CDs, books, and DVDs to check out. And best of all, it’s FREE!
