Collaboration is the keyword. One simple definition is to work together in order to achieve a similar goal. Brosix offers a number of collaborative tools from voice conference to video chat to file transferring. All of those tools are wonderful and will benefit your company/network. In my humble opinion, however, screen sharing is one of the best of these tools.

How many of you have ran across a client or coworker who just doesn’t get it, no matter how much you attempt to explain it. Thanks to a collaboration (yes, the word of the day or of the post at least) between BeamYourScreen and Brosix you can actually show them. Being able to show your desktop to anyone and allowing both of you to operate simultaneously provides a virtually unheard of ability to teach someone how to use software or a website that is confusing to them without being in the same room. For companies that may have employees telecommute in an attempt to save money during this current economic climate this could prove to be an essential tool.
