Just to clarify - the videos apply to BOTH versions, it just that some of the features in the business version are not applicable for the personal version. In other words if the feature is present in both versions then the video applies to both, if the feature is present only in the business version then it is a business only tutorial.

Sare - they apply to the business version! The videos really would be tremendously helpful for your staff, which is why the tech team made them. Let me know if you have any other questions - shoot me an email at nhahn at brosix dot org.

Do the videos apply to the business version or just the free version? Because I don't really enjoy having to make endless piles of training materials for my less savvy staffers. If I can use the videos to get them up to speed quickly that would be great.

That's the ugliest, alien-looking and inconsistent UI I've ever seen since 1997! It takes me at least 9 clicks only to check my voice mail! That's what I call a "intuitive" user experience. No wonder why you've posted these videos - the usability of this beast approaches 0. And look at the goddamn abhorrent bubble buttons! If you are trying to copy Apple, do it the right way and read some UI guidelines at first:

Seriously guys, you should consider going back to 2009, hiring a professional UI designer and revamping this piece of hotchpotch.
