Managing Millenial with the Brosix IM client

It is a near universal truth that no two generations see things the same way. One of the largest gaps today is with technology. For the most part there is a large comfort gap between the generations. Millenials (the 20 something’s and younger who are beginning to enter the workplace) are very comfortable with technology. Cell phones are seen as appendages and IM’s are seen as a near right. Older generations of workers however, have, if not a technology fear, a sense of mis-givings and distrust about all of these new gadgets and tools.

* Millenials are less expensive to hire, and companies are counting every penny right now.
* Technological and remote solutions can be much more cost effective. (see above).
* There are millions of them poised to enter the workforce, and we are a large generation.
