One of the ones most open to debate is what features do you really need?

Too many features, and you will end up wasting space on your systems, which can be costly. Most companies really cannot afford to spend more money on a tool than they absolutely have to.

Too few features and you will end up spending perfectly good money on a tool that does not do the things you really need it to. That will lead to a misused and under used tool.

Either way, you end up with egg on your face, and cash that could have been better spent elsewhere. How do you choose the features that you need in a business instant messenger? Simply andwer these questions.

How will the staff be using this instant messenger tool?

How much space can we afford to host this software? How much can we afford?

What are the possible future uses of this technology?

Once you know these things, it should not be too hard to figure out which features you need, and which you can have.

The Business Trip: Two people sent for 3 days at a distance of 150 miles, prices estimated with business discounts and frugal travel.

Cost of rental cars: $49×3=$147

Cost of gas: $100 (assuming the car gets 30 mpg)

Hotel rooms: 69×2=138×2=$276

The very basic costs of sending two people on a relatively close business trip, one that requires no plane tickets will cost you a grand total of 523 dollars.

Brosix: Free

When you use a system that you already have in place then your costs are zero. Not to shabby for a corporate instant messaging solution.

Brosix however is not most cases. Brosix can help you to customize its secure messenger to meet your needs.

Maybe you don’t want employee’s to be able to screen share for security purposes, but you want them to be able to send tagged video messages to a community area on your website. A great option if your CEO want to be able to have virtual briefings with staff across the country on demand (its working for President Obama) or perhaps you want all of your departments to come up with and upload possible viral videos for use on You Tube. Either way Brosix can help you get exactly what you need.

If you want to get a quote on customizing this already versatile messenger, all you have to do is contact the sales office using this form. Just be sure to choose ‘Sales’ from the pull down menu. Once we get your request we will do all of the leg work for you, getting bidders from our own staff, as well as from reliable third party service providers, and then we will send you the most budget friendly of the bids for your consideration.

Truly custom software for the lowest price available. No stress, no fuss, just fill out a simple contact form. Could doing business get any easier?
