It’s true! They can be found at: http://www.brosix.com/tutorials.shtml . There are several different ones you can choose from, and they provide clear instructions on screen-by-screen visuals to show you how to use Brosix and its different features. They are very simple to understand and are totally worth the time it takes to watch them. They are even broken up into different sections, so you don’t have to waste time watching a tutorial on something you already know how to do.

The tutorials offered include:

How to use Brosix

How to use file transfer

How to use the instant messaging

How to use voice chat

How to use the voice conference

How to use the screenshot

How to use the whiteboard

How to use the co-browse

How to use the chat history

How to use the voicemail

These video tutorials certainly will help users new to Brosix learn all about their features and what this enterprise IM program has to offer. Video tutorials are also a great way to save on training- instead of spending time and money on training materials for users who have never used an enterprise IM program (or any IM program at all), Brosix offers these FREE video tutorials that can be viewed by anyone, at any time!

How To Use Brosix

How To Use While Board

How To Use Co-Browse

How To Use The Voice Mail

How To Use The Chat History

Each of the tutorials runs between 60 to 120 seconds, so getting your video fix won’t even take up a lot of your time. For some of the advanced features, using the video tutorial may even be less time consuming than the print directions. Check out the video tutorials when you get a chance.
