The Advantages of Being Small

Brosix isn’t a wing of AOL or Microsoft. Google didn’t create a sparse looking UI (user interface) and launch it to a huge amount of hype. Cisco hasn’t bought us, nor has Oracle – although with their spending spree who knows. Brosix is a proud of a relatively small, independent company. It has been around since 2006.

This has advantages.

In less than three years Brosix has more features, more collaborative tools, and (in my opinion) a better looking interface than our rivals. It is secure and will protect your information. A Mac version is coming soon.

All of that is without an AOL or Microsoft budget. Spending less money and more time on the product has enabled Brosix to be nominated for five awards in the Best IM Client contest on About.com – a contest with over 20,000 people submitting entries. Brosix does IM, enterprise IM primarily, and it does so really well.

Further – the advantage that Brosix offers you is that when you need tech support or personalized attention you will receive it. You won’t be on hold for hours, you won’t be forwarded around to a million folks. Brosix exists because of your continued support, our growth is due to you, and no one at this company has ever forgotten that.
