EmailGoogle GmailShare

We are pleased to announce that the latest version of Brosix for iPhone- version 1.6 – is about to be released. Here are some of the notes on our upcoming new release:

We are including iPhone Push Notifications – Push notifications are a technique used by apps to alert iPhone and iPod touch owners to content updates, messages, and other events within an app that users may want to be aware of.

Push notifications are a tool available through certain iPhone apps that allow users to be notified when new information or actions that they’re interested in occur within certain apps.

  • it runs on iOS 4.0 and above,
  • it supports iPhone 3GS / 4 / 4s , iPad, iPod Touch;  It will run on iPhone 5 with iOS 6 but it won’t fit the whole screen, because it is bigger than the other iPhones.

We have future plans for development of  new version for iPhone which will fit the bigger screen of iPhone 5 and to call contacts directly from Brosix contact list. It won’t be calling via Brosix but when you want to speak with some colleague on the phone just need to click on a Brosix contact and it will redirect you and dial the given, into the contact details, phone number using your mobile provider plan/minutes.
